Ethiopian Operates First Special Charter Flight to Malta

ADDIS ABABA – Ethiopian Airlines operated its first special charter flight to the Republic of Malta on October 04, 2023, with more than 100 tourists onboard.

Ethiopian Holidays, the tourism wing of Ethiopian Airlines, developed an all-inclusive package for tourists to explore Malta.

A colorful event was held at Addis Ababa Bole International Airport to see off the more than 100 Ethiopian tourists onboard.

Malta’s Ambassador to Ethiopia Ronald Micallef, and Chief Commercial Officer of the Airlines Lemma Yadecha attended the event.

Currently, Ethiopian Airlines serves more than 155 domestic and international passenger and cargo destinations including 21 cities in Europe.
