Members of Council of Arab Ambassadors Pay Courtesy Call to President Sahle-Work

ADDIS ABABA – Members of the Council of Arab Ambassadors and the Ambassadors of the Arab League countries paid a courtesy call to President Sahle-Work Zewde on Friday.

The Dean and the Ambassadors reiterated their willingness to further strengthen relations with Ethiopia in their second courtesy call to Sahle-work in two years.

The ambassadors stated that the meeting would constitute a strong impetus for these relations always marked by commitment, cooperation, and mutual understanding, said the president office.

The President thanked the ambassadors for their initiative and said that Arab countries are our neighbors, African/Arab countries our strong bridges.

She also said that the common natural resources are enough for all of us and that any issue has to be addressed within our respective constituencies, according to her office.
