Ethiopia, Russia sign MoU to develop skills and shape public opinion on Nuclear Energy

ADDIS ABABA- The Ministry of Innovation and Technology of Ethiopia and the Russian State Atomic Energy Cooperation (ROSATOM) signed two Memorandum of Understandings on Thursday.

The agreements are expected to create positive public opinion on nuclear energy and to cooperate in training and skills development in the field of nuclear energy in Ethiopia, the foreign ministry of the African nation said.

Alemayehu Tegenu, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Ethiopia to the Russian Federation has signed the MoUs on behalf of the Ministry of Innovation and Technology of Ethiopia, while Mr. Nikolay Spassky, Deputy Director-General signed on behalf of ROSATOM.
