PM Launches Program to Renovate Houses

ADDIS ABABA – Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed has today launched the annual housing renovation program for low-income households.

The PM took part in the first part of the renovation work on the field and urged others to participate in the program ahead of the rainy season.

“I call upon individuals, businesses and government institutions to join the annual effort of providing decent and humane living conditions for the many around us before the onset of the rainy season,” said Abiy.

The Prime Minister said businesses, particularly, can uplift thousands as part of their corporate social responsibility.
