Three People Dead in head-on Crash In West Shewa

ADDIS ABABA – Three people were killed in a head-on collision between two trucks in the west Shewa zone of Oromia region, authorities said today.

The Communication Bureau of West Shewa zone said the accident occurred on a highway near Shoboka town of Bako-Tebbi district, leaving three people dead.

Both trucks caught fire, causing damages on properties.

Residents of the area managed to quickly extinguish the flames, helping authorities to open up the road for traffic, said the Bureau.
