GCS says Army Marching towards Bati Kombolcha after More Victories

ADDIS ABABA- The Ethiopian security forces are marching to Bati Kombolcha after they took control of mountains around Bati, according to Government Communication Service (GCS).

The lateat announcement came hours after Ethiopian Security forces led by Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed took control of Kasagita.

In a statement, the GCS said the survival campaign is fulfilling the promise the PM made to the people of Ethiopia.

According to the GCS, Ethiopian security forces, inspired by the determination of the premier, have taken controll of Burka and mountains area around Bati town.

They are now heading to Bati Kombolcha, it added.

In the Chifra front in Afar Region, the statement said the army is advancing after liberating Chiftu, Chifra town and its environs from the invaders.
