Massive Edible Oil Plant Begins Test Productions

ADDIS ABABA – WA edible oil plant, which was built in Debre Markos town, Amhara regional state, has started trial production on Sunday.

Senior government officials, including chief administrator of the region Agengehu Teshager, visited the plant built by Worku Aytenew.



The production plant costs the investor over five billion birr.

The plant has so for created jobs for 1,500 youth, with a possibility to increase to 3,000 when it starts production with full capacity, according to AMMA.
