Ethiopia’s Coronavirus Cases Increase to 16

ADDIS ABABA – Health Authorities have reported today that four more people have tested positive for coronavirus, making the total cases in Ethiopia to 16.

A citizen of Mauritius aged 72 and a 61-year-old Ethiopian who is a resident of Adama city are among the four new confirmed cases.

The other patients are a 28 years old woman who recently returned from Israel and a 24 woman with no travel history.

Close to 40 people who had close contact with the four cases are under strict follow up, ministry of health said.
