ADDIS ABEBA – Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed held talks with the new Minister for Development Cooperation of Denmark, Rasmus Prehn, at his office today.
The two discussed issues related to energy policy, jobs creation, increased investments, democracy, climate change, and the environment, said the Prime Minister’s office of Ethiopia.
Prehn expressed Denmark’s support to Ethiopia’s reform initiatives.
He also lauded the Green Legacy initiative and joined the Prime Minister in planting trees within the compound of the Prime Minister’s office.
Prehn’s predecessor, Ms. Ulla Tørnæs, visited Ethiopia in March this year together with Crown Princess Mary of Denmark.
