ADDIS ABABA – Health science College of Bahir Dar University has graduated 122 medical doctors on Saturday, reported Amhara Media Corporation.
The graduation ceremony has been attended by State Minister of Health Dr. Dereje Duguma.
Speaking at the event, Dr. Dereje lauded the University for its continuous contribution to the country’s sector by producing well-qualified health professionals, attributing it to the teaching experience of the college.
Saturday’s graduates are the 8th batch for the College of Health science.
The state minister also advised the new graduates to prepare themselves for various challenges they will face in workplaces. “You should be determined to be a part of the solution,” he added.
A total of 861 medical doctors have been graduated from Bahir Dar University.
