There were 89, 860 confirmed cases of the virus in the East African nation by Monday night, the ministry of health said in a statement.
In the past 24 hours, there were 13 more deaths, pushing the death toll to 1, 365.
According to the Ministry, the number of active cases in the country reached at 45, 344 including 269 severely ill patients.
Meanwhile, at least 500 patients recuperated from the deadly respiratory disease on the day, taking the recovery count to 43, 149.
