Ethiopian Increases its Weekly Guangzhou Flight to Ten

ADDIS ABABA – Ethiopian Airlines Group, the leading Airline in Africa, is set to increase its flight services to Guangzhou, China.

The national flag carrier revealed the plan to expand its Guangzhou weekly flights to 10 on Tuesday.

The increased flight schedule will become effective as of October 11, 2023.

The airline, the first African carrier to fly to China, made its first flight to Shanghai on Feb 21, 1973.

The country is now one of the biggest markets for Ethiopian Airlines while its capital Beijing is one of the airline’s very popular destinations in Asia.

The carrier serves passenger flights to six destinations including  Guangzhou, Shanghai, Chengdu, and Hong Kong.

It also operates cargo flights to eight destinations in mainland China.
