EAES Announces Grade 12 Exam Results Online

ADDIS ABABA – The results for the grade 12 exam of students in the 2021/22 Ethiopian academic year have been announced on Thursday.

Students can check their results online as of midnight today (11:30 pm local time), according to the Educational Assessment and Examinations Services (EAES).

Education authorities have unveiled three options for examinees to check their exam scores using their respective registration numbers.

These options include the official website of the Educational Assessment and Examinations Services (https://eaes.edu.et/).

The students can also find their results via a Telegram Bot (https://t.me/eaesbot) or 6284 text messages as of Thursday midnight

Authorities further announced that students who want to lodge complaints about their scores can do so in an online form found on the EAEA website.

Close to a million students took the Grade 12 National Exam in the 2021/22 Ethiopian academic year in two rounds which concluded on Dec 30, 2022.

The exam results are used to identify students joining higher education institutions. Students with better points will be eligible to enter public universities. The official cut points to join public universities are announced often within forty-eight after the announcement of the results.
